Old upload, but after checking the episode, the whole episode doesn't really make sense.

I assume she went dressed as normal to the parade, and changed her clothes there, noticed her costume being gone, and then instead of putting her normal clothes back on, she just went out in public in her underwear? Not that she seems worried that others can see her underwear anyway.

Some say it might be a swimsuit, but it's officially underwear, as confirmed in the episode itself. Then it's also funny how her costume is even more skimpy than her underwear, meaning she has to also take off her underwear as well. So good thing she noticed her costume being gone before she took off her underwear.
